He has gained a wide range commercial experience while in the senior management position of CEO (20 years) during which time he demonstrated having an strong business acumen, an understanding of corporate governance and risk management, sound financial management skills, experience of international exporting trade and the ability to think both laterally & strategically.

He has been awarded an Australian Export Hero award, an Order of Australia medal for services to industry, The Australian Honeybee industry Award of Excellence, and the International Honey Exporters Organisation award for significant contribution to the International Honey Market.

He has certifications in Marketing, Sales, Directorship and food safety and has established strong professional, government and private sector links with well-established networks in relevant sectors and industry groupings.
